60-minute private virtual tour: $250 USD deposit, includes 12 participants (devices). Each additional participant: $15 USD, billed after the tour.
90-minute tour deposit: $350 USD. 120-minute tour deposit: $495 USD.
1-hour Around-the-World tour (two destinations, 30 minutes each): $465 USD deposit; it can be extended to 90 or 120 minutes at the longer deposit.
Worked example: 15 devices on a 60-minute tour = $250 + 3 × $15 = $295 USD.

By connected device, not by person. A classroom of 30 students watching one laptop + projector = 1 participant (nothing beyond the deposit). 30 students on 30 devices = 30 participants, 12 of them already covered by the deposit. Each device appears as a Tourist on the livestream and picks a screen name.

2-3 tours: 10% off each tour
4-5 tours: 15% off each tour
6 tours: 20% off each tour

1-12 participants: included in the deposit
13-49 participants: $15 USD each
50-99 participants: $12 USD each
100-349 participants: $10 USD each
350-500 participants: $8 USD each

A moderator from the team on every tour for support. Tours run 60 minutes unless a different run time is chosen on the tour request page. Itinerary and private-page customisation and a personal consultation with the guide are available for an additional charge.

Private tour page branding: the company or group name, special messaging, logo or images featured on the private tour page - $40 USD.
Extended runtime: tours run 60 minutes unless extended or shortened; the options (and the 90/120-minute deposits above) are on the tour request page.
Around-the-World experience: two destinations in one tour, 30 minutes each on the standard runtime, extendable to 90 or 120 minutes - $465 USD for the 60-minute version.
Consult with your guide: a 30-minute consultation with the guide before the tour; book at least a week ahead - $60 USD.
Learn the language: a list of useful phrases and slang in the local language before the tour; the guide practises them with the group during the tour - chosen on the tour request page.
Trivia quiz: a link to a multi-player quiz on the tour's topics and highlights, to play and share with guests, colleagues or students; can be combined with the language experience - $30 USD.
Back-up guide: a second guide in another destination on call to stand in if the booked tour cannot take place (force majeure etc.); recommended for large and important events - $90 USD.
